TERMS & CONDITIONS :
As seats are limited, confirmation of delegates will be on a first come first serve basis only. Cancellation Policy : On or before January 5, 2009. Cancellation must be in writing and be received by January 5, 2009. Registrants who do not cancel by that date and do not attend will be responsible for the full registration fee paid. Substitution : Provided the total fee has been paid, substitutions at no extra charge up to 14 days before the event are allowed. Delegate badges issued are “non-transferable”. The organizers reserve the right to disallow a confirmed delegate from transferring His / Her badge to any other person. Delegates are requested to display the badges at all times. Please note that delegates will not be allowed to enter the conference halls without the badges. Appropriate security arrangements will be made at venue. However, delegates are responsible for their belongings at the venue & the organizers shall not be held responsible for any stolen or missing items belonging to Delegates, Speakers or Attendees due to any reason whatsoever. Book your registration/s first by sending us the dully filled Registration Form/s indicating the number of persons to be registered. Payment by Cheque should then reach us in the next 7 days of receipt of your forms, for confirmation of your registration/s. Confirmation:After receiving your payment, we will issue a receipt.
